Hardcover with orange boards and pictorial dust jacket, second impression, 1225gms, 245 pages plus index, illustrated endpapers with quotes from various sources. This timely book, which so forcefully chronicles the acts of war and barbarism in the region (Southeast Asia), also looks sympathetically at the tragic victims of military and political conflict: the millions killed and wounded as the Vietnamese Communists have waged war with the French, the South Vietnamese, the United States, Kampuchea and China; and it also reports the plight of hundreds of thousands of refugees fleeing the oppression and brutality, and creating international tension in their desperate search for safety. Book is in very good condition with minor general wear and tear. Dust jacket is in fair condition with moderate shelf wear at the top and bottom, there are a few small tears of less then 1 inch at the top and on the spine as well as several dirty markings. Attached picture is of actual book. Purchase more than 1 item and save money with combined postage. And if you can't find the title you're looking for - why not ask us direct.
